Help may already be at hand for this derelict farm which was probably a working smallholding up until about 50 years ago. Its traditional features remain untouched: stone range with cart shed, loft above and two pigs' cots. The house is also unmodernised apart from the rendered C20 brick extension seen here. It's a gem in a lovely leafy setting, as indicated by its name 'grove'.
