Grade II Listed late 18th century house. Built around 1780. In the 1850s it may have been No.48 or 49. In 1881 it was number 63 and occupied by Rev James Stock, vicar of Greetwell. On the 1886 map Hereward Street is not in existence (that is why St Nicholas Street terminates and Hereward Street starts half way along). It was re-numbered to 22 or 24 after construction of No. 20 and Hereward Street probably about 1904/5.
