Clencher's Mill - Wheel

Just after starting up and a near soaking! The machinery must be a stiff or someone has opened the valve a bit too far. The mill was restored with funding grants from DEFRA and the Eastnor Estate. The mill was operated for National Mills Weekend 2016 with the wholemeal flour run through a newly installed 'bolter'.
