2-storey and attic, 4-bay Jacobethan style office building dated 1901. Once again, the official listing does not identify the architect (see: http://portal.historic-scotland.gov.uk/designation/LB38847 ) and it is certainly not in the style of any of the Scottish architects working in Oban at the time.
