This building was once The White Hart Vaults on Chapel Road, Wisbech. It was also known as the Market House (as it faced the livestock market) as well as the taproom of The Old White Hart, being at the northern end of that hotel's yard, see http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4883198 It is now a domestic dwelling.
