Looking over the wall behind 23/24 Leinster Gardens reveals that there's no building there, just a facade to disguise the fact that the circle line surfaces at this point. Cut and cover lines such as these needed to surface occasionally as the lines started out life being steam powered and the steam regularly needed to vent out of the engine.
