Opened by HRH The Princess Royal in June 2014, the £75m facility hosts specialist crime-fighters from five organisations that spearhead Scotland’s approach to tackle serious organised crime and terrorism. The five organisations are: Police Scotland; the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service; the National Crime Agency; HM Revenue and Customs; and Forensic Services. It appears that they need a bigger car park. Built on the site of the steelworks. Gartcosh Railway station can just be seen at the lower right of the photo.
