Like Image], from the terrace outside Rockfish at the east end of the New Fish Quay building, looking across the New Pier towards the southeast side of the harbour. You can see here how the New Fish Quay and outer harbour behind the camera are cut off from the inner harbour and there are few good views of it from public places.
