These 'quads' will contain around 23 homes. I think this view shows Hill House. The initial marketing blurb lists the future homes as follows (a price to suit us all). Plot 1: 3 bedroom - £595,000. Plot 2: 1 bedroom - £250,000. Plot 5: 2 bedroom - £455,000. Plot 6: 3 bedrooms - £750,000. Plot 7: 4 bedrooms - £700,000. Plot 12: 3 bed-duplex - £595,000. Plot 13: 3 bed-duplex - £590,000. Plot 17: 2 bed-duplex - £525,000. Plot 20: 2 bed-duplex - £470,000. Plot 22: 2-bedroom - £490,000.
