Unusual Roundabout

This traffic roundabout has been very colourfully adorned with many flowers. The central feature is the sphere which bears a floral inscription celebrating 200 years since William Wilberforce's (the then MP for Hull) successful Parliamentary Bill to abolish the Slave Trade.
