Work is progressing at the site of the Whittaker House residential care home which was demolished in 2014. The site had been left untouched for months after the original contractor went into administration but work to build the 14 flats for people with learning difficulties, autism and disabilities resumed in 2015 when a new contractor was appointed (http://goo.gl/YBUlph Bury Times).
