Located on the corner of Richmond Road and St Julians Avenue, opposite Caerleon Road shops. The cabinet looks like a sewage pumping station, though the only identifier to be seen in late March 2016 is the label of its maker, Quinshield of Ammanford, Carmarthenshire.
