The smaller of the two is named 'Sundial Cottage' for fairly obvious reasons. They are listed together Grade II http://www.imagesofengland.org.uk/Details/default.aspx?pid=2&id=101476 and date from the mid 19th century. The sundial can be seen in more detail here Image
