Planning permission has been granted by Canterbury City Council under application number CA//14/01980 for the “demolition of existing property and construction of two, two-storey single family detached dwelling-houses with accommodation in roof, basement level and associated garages”. The former property was known as Peggatty House. Canterbury City Council planning department refers to this house as Peggatty House but Steve Daniels' Image seems to be the more accepted spelling.
