This looks across Little Ilford Estate. Jack Cornwell Street is named after Jack Cornwell VC who is buried nearby at Manor Park Cemetery. He was awarded a posthumous Victoria Cross after his bravery at the Battle of Jutland - see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jack_Cornwell
