The Piccadilly Rats are street entertainers usually found entertaining shoppers in the Piccadilly area (http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/news/greater-manchester-news/piccadilly-rats-tune-success-man-5395840 for more information). During the parade, they could be heard playing and singing on one of the floats.
