New style Belisha beacons at the roundabout opposite Stranmillis University College. As well as the orange globes the posts are also illuminated from within. The authorities seemed to have been so taken with the effect that no less than fifteen were installed at this roundabout though the one on the far right appears not to be working. Quite a spectacular sight at night, I'm told
