This used to be a John Barras pub but is no longer listed on their website so presumably isn't anymore. In recent years it has had a repaint, losing its rather attractive blue and white signage. It has also received a very different pub sign. The pub serves food as well as drink. Image As a John Barras pub in October 2012:- Image
