What to do with Copsewood?

Copsewood was built in 1860 and has been the subject of much debate over recent years. The house was sold to developers who applied to pull it down and built new, more dense housing on the site. Local public uproar followed. The present plan is to convert the house to 4 apartments and to build 12 new apartments.
