This seems likely to be a multi-purpose tools-storage area and information point owned by the Nottingham Wildlife Trust on part the Farndon Willows Holt Nature Reserve. This is situated a few paces off the west side of Wyke Lane. A house can just about be made out on the opposite side of the latter. Even the semi-circular path to the photographer's right was water-logged, as is the area around and beneath this elevated hut.
