New units under construction in what is officially known as Maidens Walk Retail Park, but which is commonly referred to as Marks and Spencers car park. For the present, there is a bit of a mystery about which business/es are going to move in. The only certainties are that it will be "non-food", and that the amount of parking space in Hexham will be reduced still further.
