Viewed in November 2015. A September 2014 news item on the Norse website stated "Norse has added to its growing portfolio of Joint Venture Companies with the formation of Newport Norse. The ten year deal with Newport City Council is worth £7.3 million per year, and involves cleaning and facilities management, including planned and responsive building maintenance, portering, management of the Newport Indoor Market, and strategic property services including the estates team, design team and energy management."
