Grim's Ditches or Grim's Dykes are found all over the place and seem to be generic old names for these ancient linear earthworks, assumed to be boundary markers. They vary in state from quite impressive to barely discernible. This is sort of mid range, with a wide earth bank now followed by the Chiltern Way footpath.
