The houses in Legar, a hamlet near Crickhowell, extend for 350 metres along the south side of the A4077, opposite the River Usk. These houses are at the eastern edge of residential Legar. The 30mph speed limit through Legar increases to the National Speed Limit beyond the stone wall behind the houses.
