At least for an OAP with knackered joints! One of the two steps was missing, and there were brambles all around, hindering the alternative route through the hole resulting from a missing crosspiece. And all to no avail, as I subsequently realised that it did not lead to the path I was seeking, to give access to the next square - confusion caused by poor signposting in the industrial estate across the dual carriageway.
