A vivid double rainbow appears at 8:15 on this Friday morning, as a brief burst of sunshine interrupted a morning of considerable rainfall: the shower that started a few minutes after this picture was taken was very heavy indeed. The brighter, inner rainbow appears to hit the ground just behind the bungalows in Leybourne Avenue, around the houses at the dead end of Ferncroft Road.
