I am currently the Sector Inspector for the South and North West of Coventry Local Policing Area, a region home to over 200,000 residents.

I originally joined West Midlands Police in 2006 where I was posted to Coventry North East Operational Command Unit in Foleshill.

Following this I then worked in a variety of roles and locations all across the West Midlands before returning to local policing in Coventry during 2021.

I am passionate about creating safer communities, bringing offenders to justice and safeguarding the most vulnerable.

Vehicle Crime as discussed in police and community meetings

Response (6 Aug 2024)

Officers have prioritised vehicle crime investigations to identify offenders and recover stolen goods. Intelligence led patrols have taken place in key areas, including plain clothes and plain vehicle use.
We have worked with the West Midlands Road Policing Department in Earlsdon as well as joint work with Warwickshire Police in Cheylesmore and Willenhall.
We ask that drivers ensure their vehicles are left locked and that valuables are removed as thieves target these cars and vans.
Vehicle crime reports are down 50% in Cheylesmore compared the the same period last year.
