Planning permission has been granted by Ashford Borough Council under application number 14/00730/AM01/AS for the “revision (of) planning approval 14/00730/AS (erection of replacement dwelling) to add solar panels and addition velux window to south facing roof slope and alter design of rear pergola to south elevation and changing of the previously approved brick plinth to the timber supports to straddle stones”. The former house was called Postling Green.
