A residential street that runs from Richmond Street to Albion Hill that was built around 1890 on land formerly belonging to Chates Farm. It commemorates the Albion Hill Mill which stood beyond Image on the south eastern side of Toronto Terrace from 1822 until 1861 when it was moved to the top of Bear Road on Race Hill.
