Former Church of Saint Catherine, Whitchurch

Built in 1836 as the Chapel of Ease to St Alkmund's, consecrated in 1837. The superscription above the entrance is MDCCCXXXVI (1836). The building was funded by Catherine, Countess of Bridgwater, widow of the 7th Duke, and Lady of the Manor of Dodington. Declared redundant in 1974, the building was deconsecrated in 1975 and sold.
