This is the Twelve Quays Campus of the college on the south side of Morpeth Dock. The College website is here http://www.wmc.ac.uk/home.php The road in front of the building is Shore Road and the tramway line runs between the road and the building. The green pole is one of the tramway cable columns. This view was taken from the top of Egerton Bridge.
