Built in 2014 on the site of the former Stag public house which was one of the few buildings to survive the previous redevelopment of the area, see Image The pub which dated from the 1830s closed in 2012 and was demolished towards the end of 2013. Not quite sure what its replacement is hether flats or offices, the sign on the outside is for Godfrey Investments who are a local property developer.
