Planning permission has been approved, with conditions, by Folkestone and Hythe District Council under application number Y11/0303/SH for the “erection of 9 dwellings and change of use and conversion of former brewery building to 5 dwellings together with associated highway and landscape works, following demolition of existing buildings”.
