Cullompton: new gates to town cemetery

The gates were erected in 2015 and form the entrance to the town's new cemetery extension. Beneath the trees on St Andrew's Hill beyond, and under the turf, are the scant remains of two Roman forts, one overlying the other. I think they were originally recognised from an aerial photograph
