A residential road that runs from Old Shoreham Road to Stanford Road that was developed in the ate 1860s as part of the Prestonville estate. The Prestonville Arms is on the left at the junction with Brigden Street whilst further up the hill to the right number 32 was birthplace of sculptor Eric Gill.
