This easterly facing photograph is looking toward the end of a public footpath that connects Image (behind the viewpoint) with Image (ahead). The footpath passes though the gate which, when the photograph was taken, had no fencing on either side of it. Then there is a similar gate in the hedge (ahead and almost in the middle of the picture).
