Standing at about 105 metres above sea level and looking diagonally across the square towards the northeast. The land drops by approximately 40 metres to the valley floor that runs across the northern half of the square. From left to right the woodlands are; Trehawke Wood, Penarth Wood climbing up the hill and the beginning of Pethada Wood which continues into the next square east. Coombe, a collection of farm buildings and associated houses just in Image, can be seen centre distance.
