Plucks Gutter Bridge as in 1900 Rebuilt 1995 Client: D.S.Molock, Chairman Kent County Council Engineer: Allan Moatt, RSc(Eng), CEng, FICE, FIHT Contractor: Costain Civil Engineering The Steel and composite bridge replaces the old truss girder bridge shown above. The original bridge was built circa 1900 for the Eastry and Thanet R.D.C. The original design engineers were W. A. McIntosh Valon and Arthur Valon.
