Now Wirral Magistrates' Court, The Sessions Court was built 1885-87. It is a grade II listed building (English Heritage Building ID: 389151 http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-389151-sessions-court-#.VbyZe3nbKHs British Listed Buildings).
