As Stacey Harris's 2008 photo Image shows, construction of these high-rise blocks on New Kent Road adjacent to Elephant & Castle Station (behind the hoardings to the right of her photo) had been due to start in 2007/ In fact the recession put paid to that and they were now being built in 2015. The bus stop sign in the foreground gives a locational fix - the Elephant junction is a major bus interchange.
