The Fife Coastal Path (which is also part of the North Sea Trail) seen here leaving Kirkcaldy from the picnic area at Seafield and heading south towards Kinghorn and onwards. The houses upon the hill are built on the site of the former Seafield Colliery which was closed in 1988.
