The clock ("The Acqua Horological Tintinnabulator") was designed by the cartoonist Rowland Emett (1906-90) and installed in 1973. In 2014 it was taken away for restoration by the Rowland Emett Society and the owners of the Victoria Centre, returning (in a different location) in mid 2015. See Alan Murray-Rust's Image
