According to the developers "these homes playfully reinterpret the conventional British beach hut creating a modern retreat and are the perfect seaside getaway to enjoy with family and friends". At £390,000 that's an expensive getaway. The Royal Sea Bathing Hospital, operational 1791-1996, is behind them (and was probably a cheaper getaway).
