I went here in late 80's. Used to have different cuisine on each floor. Japanese, French, Italian. Now I believe, from the signage on the outside of the building, Japanese, Thai, Chinese, oh, and a casino. as it was in 1979 before being developed: http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/311002 The rotundas (one at the north and one at the south of the river) served as lift shafts to an underground tunnel.
