The Weston Air Days this year feature some static helicopter displays - appropriately enough as the world's largest helicopter museum is but a short hop away on the old Weston airfield. The nearest chopper is the police aircraft (G-WCAO) and is very much a current and valuable machine. It is a Eurocopter EC135T2, manufactured in 2002 and modified to T2 configuration for use by the Western Counties Air Operations Unit.
