Looking towards the city centre in the evening, a few of its brash new towers visible towards the centre, the Royal Liver Building (Image]) on the left, and the buildings of Wapping Dock on the right. A watersports centre at Queen's Dock, foremost, was engaging the figures at bottom left. The cranes were engaged in a residential development near the junction of Strand and Liver Streets.
