Built in the 1850s as part of the Cliftonville estate and being near the sea front far grander than houses further away. Number 8 is famous for being the home of Kitty O'Shea whose affair with politician Charles Stewart Parnell took place here whilst her husband was away at sea. Still high class residences the southern end of the terrace is still intact as a 6 bedroom house and is for sale if your local building society will let you have a mortgage for £3,650,000.
