During Wessex Water pipe laying work in early June 2015, the two temporary 30 signs aren't needed here because of the permanent signs behind. They are here because there are 40mph speed limit signs http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4513098 on their other side, reducing the speed limit from the National Speed Limit past the camera for the duration of the work.
