At this stage the iconic building was still being assessed. From this image, it doesn't look all that badly damaged, but a large part of the interior of the building, including Mackintosh's famous library was completely gutted. This photograph was taken on the evening of the final year students' End of Year Show, which was held in the new Reid Building directly across from the Mackintosh Building, three weeks after the devastating fire. Sadly several of the students had lost much of their art work in the fire.
