A small cul de sac off High Street that was originally the location of the outbuildings for neighbouring Hapstead Farm that were demolished sometime in the 1960s to make way for what would become Hapstead Volvo Garage. This moved out at the turn of the century with garage itself demolished to make way for the current block of eight houses which were completed in 2003.
